Our firm was established in 1991. At the first time, we concentrated our practice on trademark. In so many trademark cases, we have represented many Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium size companies in various business fields. Thereby, we became one of the leading trademark law firms in South Korea. Having this background, we gradually expanded our practice, and now we are also handling patent prosecution, litigation and transaction in biotechnology, chemistry, computer software, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, medical device, materials, pharmaceuticals, robotics, semiconductor, telecommunication, etc. In addition, we are now providing one-stop full legal services including cross-border transaction, investment, arbitration, litigation, etc. Especially, having much experience in successfully representing our clients in intellectual property and civil lawsuit cases before District Court, Appellate Court, and Supreme Court (including lawsuit cases against the other parties represented by Big 6 law firms) in South Korea, we are none to second in IP litigation and civil litigation.
